Hub

Hub represents a physical location or a virtual unit where key activities happen. For example, warehouse represents a physical locaiton where units of inventory are stored while e-commerce hub represents a virtual hub where online orders are getting generated and are getting processed.

Hub types available are:

  • E-commerce - for selling products directly to consumer through e-commerce storefronts
  • Online Marketplace - for managing sellers of a marketplace including registration, payments and dispute resolution
  • Warehouse - for storing units of inventory in a warehouse which is managed internally
  • Offline Retail Store (EBO) - for exclusive brand outlets which sell offline
  • MBO (Multi Brand Outlet) - for small format retail channel partners who carry multiple brands
  • LFS (Large Format Store) - for larget format retail channel partners who carry multiple brands
  • 3P WH (Third Party Warehouse) - for storing units of inventory in a warehouse which is managed by a third party
  • Manufacturing - for manufacturing units of inventory using raw materials and manufacturing is managed internally
  • 3P Manufacturing - for manufacturing units of inventory using raw materials and manufacturing is managed by third party
  • Office - for representing an office premises which is either head office or satellite office
