How to ask

• Email support@plotch.ai from the address or phone number linked to your data, with the subject "Delete my data". Tell us which product or page you used (for example Groclake, Nutane, our Facebook Page or WhatsApp number).
• If you have an account, you can also ask from your account settings or by writing to us from your signed-in email.
• On WhatsApp, you can send "DELETE MY DATA" to the number you talk to us on.

If you connected through Facebook

You can remove our app at any time: on Facebook go to Settings and privacy, Settings, Apps and websites, choose our app and remove it. Then email us as above and we will delete the data we received from Facebook about you.

What happens next

• We confirm the request within 7 days and may ask you to verify that the data is yours.
• We delete or anonymise the data within 30 days and tell you when it is done, with a reference number for your request.
• We may keep some records where the law requires it (for example invoices or security logs), only for as long as required.
• If a business uses our Services and holds your data, we will pass your request to that business and help it act on it.
