Terms of Service

1. Accounts

You must give accurate information, keep your sign-in details secret and tell us at once about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

2. Using the Services

• Use the Services only lawfully and as these terms and our documentation allow.
• Do not try to break, overload or get around the security or limits of the Services, or access data that is not yours.
• Do not use the Services to send spam or messages people have not agreed to receive, or to publish unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringing content.
• Follow the rules of the platforms you connect, such as Meta's and LinkedIn's terms and WhatsApp's business and commerce policies.
• Do not resell or copy the Services without our written permission.

3. Your content and data

You keep all rights to the content and data you put into the Services. You give us permission to host, process and transmit it only to provide and secure the Services for you. You are responsible for having the right to use that content and data, including any consents needed from the people it is about.

4. AI outputs

The Services use AI models. Outputs can be wrong or incomplete; check them before relying on them. Actions with real-world effect, such as sending messages, publishing posts or spending money on ads, run only after the approvals you configure. You are responsible for decisions you make using the outputs.

5. Fees

Paid plans, usage charges and third-party costs (for example ad spend, WhatsApp message charges or model usage) are as agreed in your order or shown in the Services. Ad and message charges are billed by the platform that provides them, to the payment method on your account there, unless agreed otherwise. Taxes are extra where applicable.

6. Our property

The Services, including Groclake and Nutane, their software, design and trademarks, belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them during your subscription. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the Services without obligation to you.

7. Confidentiality and privacy

Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only for these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services available and secure but do not promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce what you paid for.

9. Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in these terms or a signed agreement, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and compensate us against claims arising from your content, your use of the Services in breach of these terms, or your breach of law or third-party rights.

12. Suspension and ending

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services or others. On ending, you may ask for an export of your data within 30 days, after which we delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
